RESIDENTIAL REMODELING DIVISION
You may only need a technician for a small handyman repair, or you may need a fully functional in-law addition constructed onto the back of your house. This is the right division for the task. Our Remodeling Division has master technicians that are highly experienced in all areas of remodeling from the basement foundation to the roof, and they have to be. It takes many years to reach the level of experience needed to complete projects with many different building variables that most remodeling projects contain. Technicians here are also trained to work in occupied residences with special protocols to follow.
- They will place protective floor sheeting down and wear booties to protect your flooring as necessary.
- They cover items and install plastic curtains to prevent dust from leaving the remodeling area and spreading throughout the house.
- They remove protective coverings and clean the remodeling area everyday to allow you to reuse the space in the evening.
- They relocate and secure all building materials to a stocking area to keep your home neat and safe daily.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE INSURANCE RESTORATION DIVISION

FIVE YEAR LABOR LIMITED WARRANTY
Projects by Urso Remodeling Inc. are protected by our in house No Worries FIVE (5) YEAR labor warranty. If a service or project fails due to an installation defect we will reinstall and/or adjust item of issue as necessary.
Building materials are covered separately by their own manufacturer's warranty and any defects or claims need to be directed to them by purchaser. Some building materials by their nature, such as wood stock may not carry any warranty by its manufacturer and may not have any warranty related to failure.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or maintenance
Limitations
- All implied warranties will expire with the term of this limited warranty. Urso Remodeling Inc. excludes and will not pay for incidental or consequential damages and its liability will be in all instances be limited to repair or replacement or refund of actual purchase price of defective product.
- Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitation of the duration of an implied warranty.
TRANSFER OF WARRANTY
This warranty is transferable one time only by the original single family homeowner to a successor owner of the property.
